Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of any voided bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to successful identity verification.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Self-closure requests made under a responsible gaming self-exclusion period cannot be reversed for the duration of that period.

12. Disputes and Governing Law
